Join us for a rejuvenating Yoga in the Park event designed to support those impacted by the Mountain, Palisades, and Eaton Fires. Hosted by Hotshot Wellness, this free, beginner-friendly hatha yoga class is perfect for all experience levels.

Led by Justin, a Ventura County native, this 1-hour session offers a chance to connect, heal, and find balance in a serene outdoor setting. The event is donation-based, with all proceeds going directly to the Ventura County Community Federation to aid victims of the Mountain Fire. Join Justin, a Ventura County native, for a 1-hour yoga session designed to help you connect, heal, and restore balance in the tranquil outdoors. Hosted by Hotshot Wellness, this special event supports individuals impacted by the Palisades and Eaton fires. Donations are welcome, with 100% of proceeds benefiting the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA), the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, and the American Red Cross to aid their efforts in assisting fire victims.

Hotshot Wellness is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to enhancing the health, resilience, and overall well-being of Interagency Hotshot Crews and the broader wildland fire community. Founded and led by current and former Hotshot wildland firefighters, we intimately understand the challenges of the profession—relentless physical demands, mental strain, and the unique sacrifices that come with the job.
Through comprehensive health and wellness initiatives, we provide evidence-based resources, personal development opportunities, and community-driven support.
