  6. Trust that their donation information is handled with respect and confidentiality, in compliance with the law.

  7. Expect professional conduct from representatives of Hotshot Wellness.

  8. Be informed whether individuals soliciting donations are volunteers, employees, or hired solicitors.

  9. Request that their names be removed from any mailing lists Hotshot Wellness may share.

  10. Ask questions about donations and receive clear, honest answers promptly.
