Austin Womack, M.S, CSCS, TSAC-F
Austin Womack is a Wildland Firefighter, a professional Strength and Conditioning Coach, and currently serves as an Infantry Officer in the US Army National Guard. A former college athlete, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a Master's degree in Exercise Science.
He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, one of the most prestigious organizations in the industry. Additionally, he holds a CrossFit Level 1 certification.
Austin previously worked as an Exercise Physiologist with the Austin Fire Department. Before transitioning to tactical strength and conditioning, he spent several years coaching professional athletes across the MLB, NFL, and MLS. His experience includes two seasons as a strength and conditioning coach with the Kansas City Royals, an MLB franchise.

Justin DeMoss, M.S. CSCS
Justin is a dedicated humanitarian with a passion for improving physical, mental, and spiritual health. His mission is to help individuals achieve a better quality of life through holistic wellness.
He earned a Master’s in Exercise Science from Long Beach State, focusing his thesis and work as a Wellness Instructor for Santa Ana College on firefighter health and wellness. At Sports Academy, he served as a strength and conditioning coach, training competitive athletes and tactical personnel.
Currently, Justin is a Golden Eagles Hotshot, fighting wildfires across the U.S. as a 3rd puller and lead EMT on his crew. Seeking firsthand experience as a first responder, he has gained valuable insights into the challenges of the field.

Sofia Hudson, CSCS, NASM
Sofia is a former Hotshot, certified strength and conditioning coach, nutrition coach, and personal trainer (NASM). She is passionate about helping individuals build physical durability to meet the demands of their job, sport, or lifestyle.
Specializing in strength, conditioning, hypertrophy, endurance, performance nutrition, body composition, and mindset, Sofia’s approach focuses on what the body can achieve rather than its appearance. She aims to shift the collective perspective toward function and performance.
Sofia designs customized, science-based training programs tailored to each individual. She emphasizes sustainable nutrition strategies while providing accountability and support on multiple levels. Her coaching is ideal for those committed to learning, growing, and fully utilizing her expertise to reach their goals.

Austin Newblom
Austin is a seasoned ultrarunner and former wildland. He has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and previously worked as a tax preparer between fire seasons. He served for three years on an engine crew, followed by four years on the Silver State Hotshots and four years with the Boise Smokejumpers.
After a serious motorcycle accident threatened to derail career, Austin discovered his passion for running as a means of recovery and a pathway back to his dream of being a Smokejumper. He started running to improve his fitness for firefighting, embracing the mental and physical challenges of long-distance running. He has competed in numerous ultramarathons, including a 250-mile race.
Austin now leverages his extensive experience as a firefighter and athlete to coach runners in all levels of the sport. Specializing in ultramarathons, he coaches for any race distance or adventure. As a UESCA Certified Ultrarunning and Running Coach with an Advanced EMT background, his deep understanding of human physiology, honed through years of high-intensity work and endurance training, allows him to provide comprehensive and informed guidance to the athletes he works with.
