Virginia Avery is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and owner of Avery Counseling & Services, LLC, a private practice in Missoula, Montana, providing neuro-affirming and trauma-informed care across the lifespan. A United States Navy Veteran and former Hotshot, she has a deep understanding of first responder and land management culture, the mental health challenges of those who serve, and the impact of stress on individuals and families.
Beyond clinical work, Virginia is a fierce advocate for mental health and social justice. As Chair of the National Association of Social Workers, Montana Chapter, Policy and Social Action Committee, she promotes equitable access to care, social inclusivity, and systemic change.

Anne Martin is a dedicated Certified Integrative Trauma Coach and wellness expert, passionate about helping others create resilient, connected, and fulfilling lives. With over 13 years of experience as a first responder and a trauma survivor, Anne has transformed her personal struggles into a purpose-driven career. She specializes in integrative mental health practices that foster trust, connection, and long-term positive change.
Anne’s journey began in the emergency services field, where she served as a Police Officer, EMT, and wildland firefighter. After experiencing a critical injury and struggling with anxiety, PTSD, and depression, she explored alternative therapies to heal and regain her strength. Her transformative journey led her to become a certified coach in several modalities, including NLP, hypnotherapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Anne holds certifications in various areas, including trauma-informed care, brain health, and spiritual emergence. She is currently training to be a Huna practitioner and provides coaching, breathwork, and wellness support to individuals, particularly those in first responder roles. Her work focuses on helping clients achieve emotional resilience, release past trauma, and live aligned, empowered lives.
